Show ALIAS. SUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT Ofr O the First Judicial District of the territory of Utah, Utah county, Fredrick Nelson, plaintiff, vs. Elizabeth A. Nelson, deiendant. The people of the territory of Utah send greeting to Elizabeth a. Nelson, defendant. You are hereby required to appear in an action brought against you by the above named plaintitf, in th district courtof the First J udicial District of the territory of Utah and to answer the complaint Hied therein, within ten days exclusive of the day of service! ser-vice! after the service onyou of thissummons if served within this county; or if served out of this county, but within this district, within with-in twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment bv default will be taken against you, according to prayer of this complaint. The said action is brought to obtain a decree of this curt dissolving the bonds of matrimony matri-mony existing between plaintiff and defendant and that the custody of Pearl Elizabeth and Luella, minor children, the issue of said marriage, mar-riage, be t warded to thu plaintiff, and that real estate set ont and described in the com plaint, valued at$25U,00, be awarded to plain till herein and for general relief. Plaintiff alleges that on the 15th day of September lb93, deiendant was indicted by the grand jury in the district court within and for the Third Judicial District of the territory of Utah, county ot Salt LaKG, forthe crime of adultery committed with W, N. Logan, to which indictment indict-ment defendant on the lot u day of September 1893, plead guil'v, and was sentenced by the court on the 18th day of September 1893, to one months imprisoument.in thetJ tab penitentiary, flaintiiT further alleges that said act of adultery adult-ery was committed without the consent, connivance, con-nivance, procurement or previous knowledge of plaintiff. And you are hereby notified, that if you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to the court lor the relief therein demanded. Witness the Hon.
