Show SUMMONS. In the J ustice's Court of Springville Spring-ville Precinct, Utah county, Territory of Utah, Belore John S. Boier, Justice of the Peace Jacob Houtz plaintiff, vs. John Doe, delendant. To John Doe. whose name is otherwise unknown, un-known, defendant. You are hereby requested to appear befora this court on the 3d day of February, A. D. 1894, at 10 o clock a, m. of said dav to answer a complaint filed against you. wherein said pNint'tf claims the sum of 83 00 damages caused by your animals trespassing on his premises at Springville, Utah oounty. Said animals are described as follows, to-wit: Onp black mare, about three years old, star in forehead, branded on right shoulder something some-thing like or resembling jy One light bay mare, about three years old, white strip in forehead and four white feet. And you are hereby notified that if you fail to appear and answer said complaint at the time and placa aforesaid, judgment will be taken against you for &1 .00 the amount of said damage, the cost of keeping siid animals ar.d the costs of this suit.
