| Show NOTICE 01 INTENTION 0 notice Is hereby given by the city council of eureka city utah of the intention of said council to make the following described improve ment to construct a sewer with the necessary Y s T Ts s L Ls s manholes and traps under the east side of eagle street crossing south street cross ing Hall road street crossing iliff street private property and tho the south side of 0 main street in eureka city aforesaid from the intersection ot of the south boundary ot of the eureka townsite and the east side of said lagle street thence northerly along said eagle street to its intersection i with the south side of south street thence across said south street to its north side thence northerly along eagle street to its north end thence across railroad Kail road street to the south west cor of lot 18 block 2 plat A thence through lots 18 and 19 block 2 plat A to the norten northwest est cor of lot 19 block 2 plat A I 1 thence across ilaff street to the southwest cor of lot 17 bick 1 plat A thence along the west boundary of said lot 17 to its north west corner thence northerly to a point in main street on the line f the main sewer at S 80 deg 30 min W 74 5 feet from city monument N reference Is made to the plans profiles and specifications in the of tice fice of the city recorder He corder of eureka cit in fure cureka a utah said proposed sewer district is to be known as sewer district no 4 and it Is proposed to defray jhb abutters portion of the coat cost and ex pense u thereof estimated at 75 or 0 37 per front or linear toot foot of property there being 2229 feet of frontage abutting on said portion pt of fagle street on which said improve ment Is to be constructed by a local assessment upon the lots tracts parcels or pieces of I 1 and within the above named and following describe ed sewer district no 4 being the district to be affected and bene fitted by said improvement namely lots 17 18 19 23 24 block 3 plat A and lots 11 12 13 25 26 27 and 35 block 7 plat A and lots 1 3 23 24 and 25 2 block 4 plat A and lots 1 3 13 14 15 16 and 17 block 6 plat A also all other lots tracts parcels or pieces of land abutting on said eagle street between the south boundary of the townsite te and tho the north end of said eagle street all in eureka city survey eureka city utah for the full depth of such lota lots tracts parcels or pieces of land from the property line of said eagle street cost of said improvement in said sewer district no 4 Is estimate estl mat ed at 1147 60 50 of which the city of eureka Is to pay 75 leaving 75 to be raised by local assess ment in said district eureka city will pay for the necessary street crossings or crossings of public and private lands alleys or DrIve driveways wayt leaving the cost of the balance of said improvement or contemplated improvement to be paid by the abutting property owners prorated according to the lineal feet of front age abutting said eagle street with in said aid sewer district all protests and objections to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing to the cita recorder of eureka city on or be tore fore the day of july 1922 at 2 0 clock in the afternoon stating therein the lot and block or des crip tion of property for which said protest or objection Is made the city council of eureka city at its first regular meeting after the said day of july 1922 to wl on the ath day of august 1922 at 8 0 clock in the evening of said day will hear and consider said protests and objections to said improvement as shall have been presented or made done this day of june 1922 by order of the eureka city council SARAH A BIGLER SEAL eureka city recorder first pub june 30 1922 |
