I enjoy Curves because I can visit with other ladies. It gives me time for myself. I started Curves to lose weight but other benefits have included decreased pain in my arthritic ankles, more energy, and a more positive self-image. I lose weight and inches when I make the effort and show up regularly. —Barbara Lund |
