Show B-8 The Park Record DuMOL Wine Dinner thursday, december 19, 6:30pm Come for an evening of fine wines from DuMOL, a producer of coolclimate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from distinctive vineyards in the Russian River Valley. Hosted by St. Regis Wine Ambassador Ursula Hermacinski and DuMol partner Tom Pillsbury, the evening will feature an exquisite menu by RIME Seafood & Steak to pair perfectly with DuMOL’s limited edition wines, many produced in lots of less than 500 cases. 1st course Bay Scallop Ceviche with Smoked Uni.
