PROJECT LOCATION: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: PCMC is soliciting proposals for the operation of a Cross Country Skiing Operation Concessionaire based at the Park City Golf Club, 1541 Thaynes Canyon Drive, Park City, Utah. The successful proposer will operate a retail and rental cross country ski shop; provide for private cross country ski lessons and tours and a minimum three (3), five (5), and fourteen (14) kilometer groomed ski tracks located primarily on the City owned golf course and adjacent open spaces and trails including, but not limited to, the McPolin Farm Open Space. These services will operate under a one (1) year lease agreement with PCMC. All questions shall be submitted in writing by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2019, via e-mail to: logan.jones @ parkcity.org. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason.
