Show .__AWAIIIIEWAREkNEWSji EBRI Mifilio04111*Can you believe it, Monday is Labor Day, oh where, oh where did our summer go? I don't recall any day where the temperature got in the 90's, these monsoons have been really great; the rain surely keeps the temperature down. In Panguitch this weekend will be the Little Britches rodeo at the Triple C Arena. This is a really fun event; if you haven't seen these kids perform you need to take it in. In Parowan this is fair time and the parade is at least two hour, one of the largest in the State. Parowan's car show is really gotten big, with all sorts of cars, from Model A, to beautiful street rods. The displays of crafts and garden veggies, in the fair building now have spread out to two rooms. There is also horse racing in the afternoon, one of the few race meets left in the State. This last weekend was the ATV rally and did it go good. All the rain we have had, made the trails so they weren't so dusty. On some of the rides, they got drenched on Saturday afternoon and others came back without a drop of mud on them anywhere. From all the comments everyone had a great time exploring some of our many trails. I was told that there were 4 Xs as many riders as last year and in my opinion this will become our biggest event of the summer, in a few years. There isn't any place on the earth that has our variety of terrain, nor the volunteers that it takes to put on an event like this.
