Being a guy I got the direction wrong and turned right instead of left. Well what a treat, Cedar City has a Veterans Memorial Park that may be the finest this side of Washington DC. It pays tribute to all the Veterans from Iron Country. It starts with World War 1 and goes through WW1 1, Korean War, Vietnam and the Afghanistan and Iraq wars. Each Memorial has its own statue and names of the Vets that served there. If you were a Vet or not this is a must see Memorial. At Center St. turn left at Lin's Market and it is only two blocks, straight ahead. If you want the Bishop Warehouse or the Cedar Cannery turn left at the dead end.
