Four-square, rubber ducky races, flippy battle cup, football toss, pumpkin painting, rock climbing wall, competitive eating contest and a spirit performance. , Biotech symposium USU offers a free biotech symposium for teachers Nov. 10 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The deadline for registration is Oct. 28. Participants may either register online at www.biosystems.usu. edu/education/high_school/ symposium/ or by calling USU's Center for Integrated BioSystems. Autumn hike Stokes Nature Center invites all ages on an autumn hike from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25. Meet at First Dam in Logan Canyon for an interpretive hike along the Bonneville Shoreline. Space is limited, pre-registration is required. For more information call 755-3239. Weekly peace vigil All are invited to participate in a peace vigil every Friday while enjoying some killer dutch oven grub. Only at the ORC Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. Tickets at the ORC, $5 per student ticket, $10 for non- students. between 5 and 6 p.m. on the east side of Main Street between Center Street and 100 North.
