have returned home after auto trip to North northwest mr and mrs W R nesbit are back at home after a lanb an I 1 very pleasant vacation which they spent in the northwest making a trip by auto to seattle and then taking a number dt of side trips one of which was by boat into british columbia r en n route home they visited at kane and butte and were also ac ae compan led by their son ind daugh ter mr and mrs fred nesbit who have been living at beattle eattle tor for sev eral months the trip to seattle from eureka was made in six days and consider ing the fact that some very rough roads were encountered this Is very good time mr nesbit says that the worst roads were in idaho the roads of washington and montana compare very favorably with those of utah in fact in certain localities they are much better while the co lumbia river highway is edly one of the most beautiful drives in the whole countey some mud was encountered on the way home he result of recent storms but when everything is taken into considers cons con sidera lion tion the trip was a highly enjoyable one just the kind needed to make a person forget his troubles and put him in shape for another year years s work since leaving eureka fred nes bit has been employed in one of the seattle shipyards he ile returned home in order to get things in shape so that he can go into the service about the middle of the coming month his wife will remain here during his absence
