Nine Utah educators have been appointed to the summer staff of the National Training Laboratories (NTL) Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, which has southwestern headquarters in Salt Lake City. City Land Brings Bid Of $10,155 David W. Adams was apparent high bidder Wednesday at $10,155 per acre in bidding for sale of 11.1 acres of Salt Lake City Water department land at 500 East and 5300 South. The only oilier hid was a lump sum of $83,183 for the acreage. The high bid was submitted to the water de- partment and city attorney's offices for review. The water department is negotiating on sale of 4.75 acres of unneeded land on 4500 South. Bids taken last month were considered too low and have been rejected, according to city officials. Coupled with money received from the Utah Highway 1 apartment for a Parleys Canyon land tract this month, the city will realize over $400,000- - to apply on water capital Improvements. The institute is a organization associated with the National Education Association. Appointees from the University of Utah are Dr. Edward O.
