Ritter Eriday at 2:30 p.m. on a tem-- p o r a r y restraining order relating to representation in Utahs Legislature. Those summoned are Gov. Calvin L. Rampton, Atty. Gen. Vernon B. The Friday hearing will be on a temporary order to require Miller to advise Congress that the validity of the 1965 resolution is questioned by the federal court. Miller also would be required to ask Congress for return of the resolution sent in 1965.
