Man, New arrest procedures for drivers have been adopted by the Salt Lake City Police Department to conform with amendments passed by the last session of the Legisla- drunk ture. The changes, to designed cover all possibilities arising from drunk driving cases, were ret forth in s report today. The report was prepared by the Salt Lake City Police Traffic Division, office.
