Show Gospel Taught To 6 Million On Korean TV SEOUL, KOREA An estimated six million Koreans were introduced to the Church and its teachings in a recent series of broadcasts over Korean radio and television networks. Missionaries from the Korean mission made their first appearance oa a nationalr TV program, "TBC ly popular one-hou- Open Studio." The program included Korean and American folk songs and Christmas carols sung by the Korean Mormon Missionary Choir, a missionary double quartet, a folk duet and a soloist. Three missionaries were interviewed during the program and told about the Church. They also gave their impressions of Korea and its problems, experiers with the language and experiences missionaries. as Tlie film Mans Search For Happiness" was presented immediately after the program and both the program and film received mention in several daily newspapers. Instances of people seeking out the missionaries and branches of the Church were also reported from several parts of Seoul. Quartets Aim For June Festival program. Hard work and many long hours of practice ended for countless quartets throughout the Church this week as ward and branch competition ended.
