Reid Stringham and sons Russell and David and daughter Sherrol, San Jose, Calif.; Mrs. Walter Lowry, Logan, and Mrs. Janice Miyatake, Salt Lake City. The Stringhams attended the Manti Temple preparatory to Russells entrance into the Mission Home August 6. Mr. and Mrs. Marion S. King and family of Mariette, Ga., came to Manti in time to enjoy the Mormon Miracle Pageant with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lionel King. The following weekend Mr. and Mrs. Robert T. King, Vernal, and Mr. and Mrs. Fred R. King and family, Mesquite, Nev., joined the group. The occasion was the first time in three years the entire family was together. Sorenson, visited in Fayette last Thursday at the home of a nephew and grandson, Kim and LuAnn Sorenson. The Sorensons recently welcomed a new son into their home. Rebecca, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen (Barbara) Mordicai of Fremont, Calif., was baptized on Saturday and confirmed a member of the LDS Church, during the Sunday services. Mr. and Mrs. Mordicai arrived in Ephraim on Aug. 3 to visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Glen J. Nielson. Another daughter, Mrs. Carvel Allen and two (Margaret) children came from Provo to visit during the weekend while other members of her family are in Washington attending a family reunion. Mrs. Julane Sullivan arrived from Long View, Texas for a five day visit at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Austin Russell. Several members of the Russell family gathered for dinner and other festivities at the Russell home during the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. George (Kathryn) Wooden, Bryan Russell and Mr. and Mrs. Michael Russell and four children came from Salt Lake and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond (Pamela) Jensen and four children came from Sterling to participate in the fun and activities.
