Wing personnel recently refurbished and painted the aircraft as it appeared in 1981 when it first served with the 508th Tactical Fighter Group's 466th Tactical Fighter Squadron at Hill AFB. The aircraft will be placed in a heritage park near the corner of Wardleigh Road and "E" Avenue, along with an F-16 Fighting Falcon. The park, which will be completed in the spring of 2010, is dedicated to the service of Hill's Reservists.
