Show HILLTOP TIMES TIMES November 13, 2008 REVIEW BALL HANDLING IN TRAFFIC Stuff like, "Oh, you run a nursing home?" "Its nice to know there's a place where nurses can live." From page 9 Zeta girls out of their geek shells rather than a bunch of misfit boys. Of note amongst the Zetas: Katherine McPhee of "American Idol" fame plays the pregnant Harmony; Rumer Willis, daughter of Bruce and Demi, plays Joanne the Tin Girl; and Kat Dennings ("Charlie Bartlett's" girlfriend) plays the angst-ridden Mona. Colin Hanks (son of Tbm and Rita) steps in as a Shelley love interest, while Christopher McDonald and Beverly D'Angelo drop in from time to time to play the campus heavies. There's nothing special about the storyline. It's your basic ducks-out-of-water comedy. However, it's the genuine sweetness of Anna Faris that makes this watchable. Her comedic timing and confidence is growing with every film. She's given enough funny lines here to keep the giggles JAMES ARROWOOD/U.S. Air Force Nick Hess, of the Weber State University Wheelin' Wildcats, uses his skills to defend the ball from Don Cazel (right), former director of the Ogden Air Logistics Center, while Fred Schoettler, former chief of 75th Air Base Wing Public Affairs (left), and Chris Perry prepare to maneuver for the next play during the Wheelin' Wildcats game against Team Hill on Nov. 5. The final score was Wheelin' Wildcats 61, Team Hiil 59. The game was held in conjunction with events planned by the Persons With Disabilities Awards Luncheon Committee. 11 going, and pretty soon, you're laughing out loud at the silliest bits. Stuff like, "Oh, you run a nursing home?" "It's nice to know there's a place where nurses can live." There's plenty more. Hugh Hefner even makes an appearance in this film. He actually has some dialogue, although he shouldn't quit his day job (or should I say night job) because he delivers them painfully. Poor guyAll in all, "The House Bunny" is just silly laughs, nothing special and nothing too outrageous. In fact, you could say it's "bunny funny," but you probably shouldn't.
