Agent Balmer was assigned to the Air Force Office of Special Investigations Detachment 113 at Hill Air Force Base. He is survived by his wife and three children. For more information call 777-5735. Senior leaders announced Two leaders from Hill Air Force Base have been selected for senior positions. Col. Kenneth Merchant, Ogden Air Logistics Center vice commander, has been selected for promotion to the rank of brigadier general and will be effective as of Tuesday. Ross Marshall, former 309th Maintenance Wing deputy director, has been selected for the position of the 84th Combat Sustainment Wing Director. Mr. Marshall has just graduated from Air War College at Maxwell AFB, Ala. The 84th Combat Sustainment Wing provides the full scope of program management of weapon systems, resource management and planning. It provides system support manager functions for air-to-surface munitions, and multiple Command, Control, Communication and Intelligence systems. v .^Wl/,-^, Photo by Airman 13!
