Sgt. Christopher Chopp Senior Master Sgt. Carrie Wiesner Capt. Kevin Beach 775th Civil Engineer Squadron 75th Security Forces Squadron 649th Combat Logistics Support Squadron 4th Fighter Squadron Airman 1st Class Jeremy Dixon established a landing zone and marshaled in a helicopter for a child in shock ultimately saving the child's life. He expertly applied a spine board and C-collar to a car wreck victim stabilizing the patient's vital signs until medics arrived on scene. Airman Dixon provided emergency scene traffic control for a car fire near the West Gate and protected firefighters and oncoming vehicles. He educated 75 second-graders on fire safety in three different department tours. Tech. Sgt. Christopher Chopp deployed to Iraq and served as the senior accident investigator for more than 30,000 personnel. He initiated radar training and certified 20 security forces and military police reducing accidents by 58 percent. Sergeant Chopp investigated two convoy fatalities and identified a key training deficiency resulting in a change of the standard operating procedure. He solved a voyeurism case, arrested the suspect and elicited a confession. Senior Master Sgt. Carrie Wiesner led 187 personnel during four F-16J^ighting Falcon crash damage repairs and generated 5,000 labor hours and $215,000 in revenue. Sergeant Wiesner supervised the Pope A-10 Thunderbolt wing change and utilized the wing assembly from donor aircraft saving the unit $2.5 million in supply costs. She directed a $1.2 million repair of an F-16 and prepared the aircraft for a functional check flight. Sergeant Wiesner augmented the A-10 workforce and cut 30 days off the timeline. This reduced post-inspection findings by 75 percent and eased the backlog. Capt. Kevin Beach implemented and developed earplug academics for more than 30 pilots and support personnel ensuring 100 percent squadron success. He managed the Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System program worth $3.5 million and pushed the 4th Fighter Squadron pilots to the forefront of lethality. Captain Beach counseled Airmen on officer opportunities and helped them receive three college letters of acceptance. He helps in the community with elementary school children who have special needs. He redesigned counter sink dunnage bolts with an 80 percent de[crease in damaged asset returns from \ users. Mr. Johnson arranged for and [coordinated the dispatch of depot me[ chanics to repair the system on site and [restored mission capability in hours •saving $4,000 in transportation and $30,000 in unneeded repair. Kim Clark managed the Critical Chain Process Management system on the A-10 Precision Engagement modification and drove 30 percent reduction in A-10 PE hours ensuring an increased lethality preparation for Air Expeditionary Force deployments in 2007. He developed a standard working flow, reducing schedule from 90 to 73 days and reducing cost overruns from $350,000 per aircraft to under $100,000. Civilian of the Quarter Category V 75th Services Division Jordan Dannenmueller masterfully managed coordination for events and programs and scheduled 100 lane reservations and achieved zero errors. He demonstrated sound financial management procedures and, in turn, saved hundreds of dollars by eliminating overages and shortages. Mr. Dannenmueller provided superior customer service with exceptional phone etiquette ensuring 100 percent customer satisfaction for 1,500 people. Volunteer of the Quarter Brad Tubbs 530th Commodities Maintenance Squadron Brad Tubbs is the primary technician on Central Gearbox oil pumps and sustained zero deficiency reports on his two-year record. He monitors and updates quality, cost,"delivery, and safety metrics in shop. His keen focus has been instrumental with a rate of more than 99 percent on-time. Mr. Tubbs developed shops consolidated toolkits while reducing tools by 15 percent and costs by five percent to support the Ogden ALC commander's visionary direction. Honor Guard Member of the Quarter Leonard Stephens Kimberly Raymond 84th Radar Evaluation Squadron 526th 1CBM Systems Wing 388th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Leonard Stephens led multi-AFSC flight and supported $11 billion Department of Defense and Homeland Security sensor grids with a result of optimizing 106.9 cubic nautical miles of U.S. airspace. He spearheaded four Operation Noble Eagle baseline radar evaluations increasing the North American Aerospace Defense Command threat detection 20 percent over 2.5 square nautical miles. Kimberly Raymond volunteered more than 120 hours supporting Weber and Davis County Open Hands Project feeding the under privileged. This project provided meals for approximately 725 families each month. Ms. Raymond gave her time to oversee the pantry care and controlled the 500 square foot facility that is used for box preparation, unloading, stocking and inventory. She is dedicated to meeting the basic needs of others. Senior Airman Antonio Cedeno is a tremendous asset and a leader on a team that has performed in 148 events for a total of 3,755 man hours during fiscal year 2007. His dedication to the Honor Guard has made him stand out over 12 other members to earn Honor Guard Member . of the 2nd Quarter. Airman Cedeno also selfiessly volunteered his own time during weekends to support funeral requests as well as training requirements.
