Everyone including children, parents and grandparents will enjoy the reading of Chris Van Allsburg's "The Polar Express" aboard the Heber Valley Railroad. Children will also enjoy a visit from Santa Claus and hot chocolate aboard the train. The cost is $17 per child ages 3-12, $28 per adults ages 12 & older and $25 per senior. Children 2 & under are free if not using a seat—sitting on someone's lap. We will depart Outdoor Recreation at 5:30 p.m. and depart the train station at 7:30 p.m. One car is reserved for Hill AFB. These trips fill up quickly, so sign up early! Participants can drive themselves; however, you must be at the train station between 7 and 7:25 p.m. and you must purchase your tickets from Outdoor Recreation. Due to the new park, rules, we are limited in the number of snowmobiles, so sign up early. Children ages 8-17 must be accompanied by a parent. Participants must be at least 16 and have a valid driver's license to drive a snowmobile. Carry your driver's license with you. If you have a park pass, bring it. Customers must provide money for lunch on the way up and $15 park en- trance fee if going into Yellowstone National Park. If you bring your own clothing, include warm gloves, clothes in layers, and warm boots (clothing is available). Temperatures can get extremely cold. YELLOWSTONE CROSS COUNTRY SKI TRIP Jan. 12-14, Feb. 9- 11 and March 9- 11. The cost is $260 per person for single occupancy and $204 per person for double occupancy. Enjoy the groomed trails of West Yellowstone, Montana. You can Cross Country Ski on trails that are easy and difficult. These are well marked trails that begin in West Yellowstone. Skis can be rented from Outdoor Recreation or you can rent them in West Yellowstone. This is a self-guided tour. Cost includes two nights lodging, two dinners, one lunch, two breakfasts, tickets to first run movie, Grizzly Discovery Center, and IMAX Theater. The cost is $140 for Ski Lessons and $150 for Snowboard Lessons. Includes three lessons, lift passes and equipment. Students must provide their own transportation to the ski area. Lessons must be booked through Outdoor Recreation. Group lessons start at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and are taught, on Saturdays, Sundays an d Holidays. Lessons for one-two students are about one hour.
