®Devm Michelle Wilkey indents are selected for The UHSAA Board of Trustees has adopted a new plan for the realignment proposal and it places Lehi High School in a 3A region again “Who knows how it will turn out until they vote on it the first part of June” said the LHS principal “Under the new proposal Granite takes our place in the old Region 10” A number of proposals were presented by 3A schools Delta did not want to go to the southern region and the southern region schools also did not want to have to travel to Delta The new plan reduces the schools’ travel time — except Lehi’s Delta Carbon Emery and North Sanpete would be in the region with Lehi The final decision will be made for the realignment in a few weeks and will impact the schools for the next four years The previous proposal kept LHS in a 4A region with schools within Utah County cutting down on travel time and time for the out-of-cla- ss students Photo by Kent Davis the Making finishin A LHS sophomore finishes up his spring semester project that he designed and built The bookcase with adjustable shelves will go on top of a buffet Stetson Morris built as a class project last fall His finished work will be on display along with other students’ this Thursday at the high school Just a word about New Utah!
