There are of course places in the world where no one owns anything and the common good is what the government decides This is not what we suggest as the answer Rather we would hope that our residents could set aside their own individual concerns long enough to look at the big picture which is what our elected leaders must do and most of them are trying Growth is continuing People like it here and they will keep coming Our children will keep growing up and wanting a place of their own as well We can either continue to distrust everyone who disagrees with us and sacrifice the common good for the sake of our own desires or we can work together to provide the best future we can for ourselves and future generations After all it's our choice -
