Show The Mountain West Mr. Massey is the executive director of the Ogden area community action program. He is a native of Coldwater, Mississippi. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State Minority Reporter and Sentinel held its first Community Service Awards ‘°91”’ Banquet and Fashion Revue on February 9, 1991. The gala affair was held at the Olympus Hotel in Salt Lake City. Representatives from the community involved themselves with the publisher to promote the program. In addition to Ike Spencer serving as chairman, those assisting were: Ms. University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Utah. Mr. Massey lists his most impor- tant and significant accomplishment in life was marrying his lovely wife, Bet- Jacquenetta L. He attended public school in Starkville, and moved to Ogden in 1942 where he has lived ever since. He attended Weber State College. the Defense Logistic Agency at Ogden and retired after 42 years of federal service, including a tour of duty with the Army. He is a life member of the NAACP and has served as president of the Ogden Branch for the past 25 years.
