Your choice of items are made fresh from their bakery, which produces delicious donuts, cinnamon rolls, breads, and bagels. Using successful at offering a superior product, as evidenced by a 1998 award from the Standard-Examiner as the maker of the “Best Deli and Dessert Products in Northern Utah.” “The Hole” in Eden is the owner’s fourth store. You can find two in Roy, one in Morgan, and another to open soon in Ogden’s new Transit Center located on New Luxury Condominiums Completed on Pineview Lakeside Village recently completed thirteen condominiums in Ogden Valley. Lakeside Village consists of 76 new condominium units to be built on the south side of Pineview Reservoir making it a year round destination. Lakeside Village condos located in Huntsville. The property was purchased from Ron and Lisa Cantanzaro of Ski Lake last spring and is now being developed by Legacy Properties LC out of Utah County. President of Legacy Properties Brent McQuarrie was impressed with the potential of the area, given all that has been invested into making Snowbasin a world class ski resort. “ I believe that we offer a great opportunity and value to those in the luxury condo market.” said McQuarrie. The new development has been well received in the market with ten reservations to purchase in the first month. The purchase prices range from $239,900 to $359,00 for two, three and four bedroom units. Fresh soups are also made daily by the on location chief. Soups of the Day may include baked potato, chicken noodle, clam chowder, chili, Wisconsin cheese, or vegetable beef. Owner Richard Scott says the objective is to provide customers with food and service that exceed what they would experience at fast-food franchises in the area. The business has been Wall Avenue. Andrea Storey of Liberty said, “The food is great. We heard about the place from our friends who ate here last night.” Wanda Ahlstrom’s daughter Barbara Allport told her about “The Hole,” so she and her friend Debbie Furgeson stopped in. Ahlstrom commented, “The soup and donuts were wonderful. I like to try new stuff.” Dr. Lew Harper and his wife Gina of Liberty stated, “The sandwiches were fantastic.” The Hole is located at 4920 East 2550 North in Eden, across from the Valley Junction Inn.
