To discuss the following item: Request for Proposals for the Purchase of Commercial Property in Huntsville Town, Utah Each Lot must have a separate purchase proposal, containing two parts: 1) Development Plan and 2) Price. Successful purchase proposals will be determined based on the highest combined score of these two parts. This score will be represented as a dollar amount and will be the basis of evaluation of the winning purchase proposal, not the actual selling price alone. The following is a description of what a Purchase Proposal must contain: Criteria 1 Development Plan: A written explanation of what the proposer is planning to do with the property after purchase. It can include any visual aid or description needed to clearly explain what the intended use of the property is. The plan should include information on each of the following scoring criteria: 1.
