When completed, the quilts were donated to the Ogden Christmas Box House, a transitional shelter for children. Most of the kids don’t have many material possessions, so it is comforting to know that other kids care enough to make them nice quilts. In all, eight quilts were tied. Of the quilts, six were given to the Christmas Box house and two were kept for the clubs. All of the quilts featured a horse pattern on the front, a soft flannel sheet on the back, and were tied with green or white yarn.
