They’ re awesome! It was so great today to see a couple of young mothers out pushing strollers, while / mile behind them, a woman was running quite intensely. Non-motorized multiple users—what a sight to behold! Many people don’t realize that a whole lot more goes into those trials than just creating them and paving them. There are landowner negotiations, owners of rights-of-way, UDOT, and various other entities along the way who all have to approve trail locations and types. Developing pathways is such a huge feat and, hopefully, we can all envision and embrace our future, where a Valley-wide network will offer users of all ages and abilities a safe way to get out and enjoy this beautiful valley Hats off to all who helped with this latest effort. While this doesn’t seem to concern Utah political leaders, it, nevertheless, is a stain on an otherwise progressive state. What can be done about Utah’s bankruptcy situation? Our organization, Citizens’ Advocate, encourages citizens to utilize the courts in resolving their disputes with others. Buth when they do, and the matter involves a debt collection problem, all of us are sadly disappointed. Going to a Utah District Court and obtaining a judgment appears to be a total loss. Only lawyers are benefiting from the present situation. We have witnessed cases wherein the party having a Utah District Court Judgment against them simply files with the Utah Federal District ankruptey Courts. The Utah District Court Judgment, which may be very expensive to obtain, is then ignored by the Bankruptcy Court. Since responsibility for Utah District Court’s management remains with Utah government officials, and the responsibility for Federal Bankruptcy system management belongs to Federal government officials, we must have support from our representatives in bo an’t imagine that any elected Utah public oficial takes pride ini the state being number one. So why haven rey home to be held responsible, only to have the Bankruptcy Court simply wipe the Judgment NEws, while respecting all property received, will take no responsibility for lost or mises items.
