Obituary Louisa Eleanor Hopkin Louisa McKnight Eleanor Hopkin McKnight, 84, died May 27, 1995, at Crestwood Care Center in Ogden of natural causes. Bom Oct 31, 1910, in Coalville, Summit County, to Joseph Hyrum and Louisa Weaver Hopkin. Reared and educated in Coalville. Worked as a telephone operator, then moved to Salt Lake where she worked at the Salt Lake County Hospital. Married George McKnight; they were later divorced. Returning to Coalville, Eleanor worked as a cook at Mae's Polar King. Member of the LDS Church, Coalville Second Ward and Ogden 62nd Ward having served as Jr. Sunday School secretary and Visiting Teacher. Member of North Summit Senior Citizens. Survived by her daughter, Louisa McKnight, Ogden. Also by four sisters: Mae Hopkin, Ogden; Ruth Carlson, Rexburg, ID; Bertha Blonquist, West Jordan; Macie - -- , ef-vv- . - ; Moscrop, Fontana, CA.
