DATED this 2 day of Feb., 531-98- . 65 North-wester- ly NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Section Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended, on Feb. 3, 1988 the Town Council of Hcncfer, Summit County, Utah (the "Issuer") accepted the offer of the State of Utah, Water Pollution Control Committee, to purchase at Coalville, Utah) The purchase price is payable at the time of sale, unless there is a par a Subordinated Sewer Revenue Bond in the total principal amount of not to exceed $400,000 (the Bond"). The Bond shall bear no interest and shall mature on or before Jan. 1,2009 (the "Bond"). The Bond, pursuant to a Resolution of the Town Council of the Issuer adopted on Feb. 3, 1988, is to be issued for the purpose of paying all or a part of the cost of constructing improvements to the Issuer's sewer collection and treatment system consisting of the construction of a sewage treatment lagoon with accompanying disinfection facilities, the replacement of existing portions of the sewage collection system, and other related facilities and improvements, and the expenses reasonable incurred in connection with the authorization and issuance of the Bond. The Bond is payable in installments beginning Jan. 1, 1990 and on each anniversary date thereafter. The Issuer will pay consecutive annual installments of principal of approximately $20,000 per annum, which amount shall be sufficient to fully pay the principal on the Bond by Jan. 1,2009.
