Planning for the ball began last August as the seniors met and decided to hold their dance at a place other than the high school gymnasium. After much searching, the Olympic Hotel in Park City was chosen. A buffet dinner began the evening, followed by the actual dance. The music group Tapestry provided excellent music. Senior class members were announced; they then danced to their theme song, "Is This Love? by Whitesnake. Professional photographs were taken by Fox Photography of Henefer. Members of the community agree that this year's Senior Ball was a timely solution to such problems as gym unavailability, expense, students traveling long distances to eat, and absences due to decorating. Aside from solving these difficulties, the students and parents alike thought it was fun and exciting. The Senior Ball chairmen were Greg Ball and Susan Osmond. Class advisors are Grant Richins, Lloyd Marchant, and Russell Judd.
