Money jars will be placed at various valley businesses in an effort to raise funds for this endeavor. He was honored for his continued effort to improve and protect his farmland. Ted Foster received recognition for his 22 years of service to the District haying been on the Board since 1960. COALVILLE CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Regular City Council Meeting will be held Monday, Dec. 2, 1983, at 7:00 p.m. instead of Monday, Dec. 5, 1983. PUBLIC NOTICE The television movie, The Day After which depicted the results of a 'nuclear attack on. a Midwestern city, has prompted interest in written material on how to survive and what to do if such an event becomes a reality. Lorayne Tempest, Utah Division , of Comprehensive Emergency Management director, said about 200 people have requested copies of three publications, and more calls are coming in every day. The materials also have been given out by KCPX, Channel 4. the local, station that broadcast the movie. One pamphlet is a guide to each county and where the residents are supposed to relocate in .the event of a nuclear attack. It also describes how the elderly and hospitalized will be evacuated and who stays behind to run critical industries. Another pamphlet explains how to build a home blast shelter, and a Federal. Emergency Management Agency booklet explains the various levels of emergency, from those encountered day to day and up to a nuclear attack. . This could hinder the young person from obtaining a drivers license when they reach 16 years of age. as 23-Thr- ee Wesley Allen Tuttle, 32, had his preliminary hearing before Judge Larry Keller on Nov. 21. He was bound over for trial on a charge of 1st degree murder. The hearing was closed to the press. His arraignment is set in district court for Dec. 5, 1983, at 1:30 p.m. before. Judge Timothy Hansen. Summit County Attorney Robert Adkins said his arraignment and trial will be open t? the public. Tuttle, who is being held . without bond in the Summit County Jail, is accused in the death of Sidney Merrick, 21, Salt Lake City, formerly of Idaho. Mr. Merrick, formerly of Bruneau, Idaho,, was a secretary for a Salt Lake construction company when she was slain. Summit County Sheriff Fred . alcohol rehabilitation program. November Court Calendar Tracy McNeil, 26, of Kamas pled guilty November 21st to 2nd degree felony theft and driving under the influence of alcohol (DU1). Judge Timothy R. Hansen sentenced McNeil to years in the Utah State Prison. That sentence was stayed and McNeil was placed on two years tion. A condition of theprobation is he voluntarily attend St Benedicts Notice is hereby given that Ordinance No. 1980-- 4 which is an Ordinance Prohibiting Parking on certain streets and sidewalks in Coalville City was passed on Dec. 15, 1980. This notice is a reminder to keep any automobile or vehicle off Main Street or any sidewalk in Coalville City during the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. from the first day of Nov. through the last day of March. The Richardson brothers, Wesley and Lonnie, both of Kamas, each received the same sentence by Judge Timothy Hansen. Lonnie on Nov. 7 and Wesley on Nov. 21. Each sentenced to 5 years in the Utah State Prison, that was stayed. Both men will have to serve six months in the Summit County Jail on a 3rd degree felony 0-- burglary charge.
