Wed. or Followed that night by a steak fry and a dance with " Excalibre ," members and 6:30 at the L.D.S. Choose between an 8 mile run. a 10 mile bike course, or both. Starts at 7:30am at Tintic High School. $12.00 entry fee if paid by Aug. 10, or $15.00 on race day. Silver dollars go to all finishers. SILVER CITY REUNION: 6th Annual, registration upon arrival, MISS TINTIC PAGEANT: The pageant this year will be held at the Tintic High School Auditorium at 6:00pm, Open from noon to 1:00am, Dance to live music in the evening. Lady Elks Luncheon, Open to the public for $5.00. Open that evening for members and guests. SENIOR CITIZENS: Luncheon from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Open to the public. PARADE: Starts at 10:00ain, entrants must meet at Tintic High parking lot at 9:00am. Everyone is welcome to participate. BOXING MATCH: Match at 4:00pm the Tintic High School Track. General Admission $4.00, free parking. Bring own chairs or blankets to sit on. Karate exhibition at half time. MUSEUMS: Open at l:00am-- 5 :00pm, free admission at the Depot and upstairs at City Hall. and souvenirs available. 1 rts $2.50 each or $10.00 per family. SILVER CLUB BAR: ELKS: 801-225-49- 96 program at 12:00pm, potluck dinner at 1:00pm. Little league exhibition game: starts at 4:00pm at Tintic High School ball park. Free to the public. The New Eureka Elementary School FOOT OR BIKE RACE: Family oriented, food, games and trinkets. BALL GAME: $2.50 per person or $10.00 per L.D.S. Church parking lot. BALL GAME: Tintic Alumni baseball game at 6:00pm, Tintic High School Ball Park. Admission Free. PTSA AND LITTLE LEAGUE: Fund raising booths on main street after the parade. SILVER CLUB BAR: GAMES: Dance to live music in the evening. At the elementary school there will be games galore starting around 11:00am. SUNDAY AUGUST 21 GOLD DIGGERS RESTAURANT: Family oriented, food, and games. T-N- -T MUZZLELOADERS: At the Tintreka Park, shooting from noon until 5:00. Hidden Bug Shoot $.50, prizes, 10 yrs and up. Must have a hunter safety card or a responsible adult. Dutch Oven Tintic High School Dessert Contest 6:00 (must be prepared from scratch, already cooked for the contest, and done in an authentic way), 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes. Hot Dogs and nachos available all day. T-N-- T: Shooting until dark, etc. CONCESSIONS: Opened at 10:00am. TINTIC SCHOOL DISTRICT: Relive some old memories and watch a video entitled "TINTIC" produced by Jon Anderson, presently production manager at KBYU, from 1970 with Bessie Toone, Carl Fields, and Alex Blight. 2:00pm in the Tintic High School Auditorium. |
