He was born Jan. 14, 1914, in Spanish Fork, a son of Silas Hillman and Alice Robertson Snell. He married Grace Donna Beck July 26, 1957, in the Manti Stanley Norman Bliss, 81, of Payson died Monday, July 2, 1990 at the East Lake Care Center in Provo from cancer. He was born January 21, 1909, at Hinckley, a son of Norman Engles Jr. and Harriet Theobald Bliss. He married Heatl. Afust Mgare She F'llmore. at 1927, ?. March 12, 1938. He married Ruth Trevort, October 1, 1938, Both marriages were later solemnized m the LDS Temple, He worked for the Tintic Standard Mining Company in Dividend before accepting a position as the superintendent of Payson City Roads. He ser- ved as superintendent of Utah County Roads and retired as a crane operator from Geneva steel Corporation, He was an active member 0f The Church of Jesus Christ LDS Temple. He was an electrician in the Provo-SpaniFork area.
