Price $.40 Number 27 wmt$ mi problem At the regular meeting of the Tinlic School Board of Education, Superintendent Barlow informed the Board of personnel issues affecting the Me district's schools. requested that the Board approve hiring Chelsea Allrcd for the student summer worker in West Desert. Barlow Superintendent also requested the Board approve hiring Mr. Jarcn Wadsworth to Fill the acancy left by Gordon Rawlinson at West Desert High School. He also requested that the Board approve hiring a math teacher at Tinlic High School to fill Mr. George Hancy's position. The Board approved all three positions. After discussing personnel issues in a closed session, the Superintendent informed the Board that several questions had arisen about employee workload policy and he recommended the Board define Barlow-propose- Superintendent the Board adopt a policy to regulate the amount of leave without pay an employee may take in a given The Superintendent period. stated that employees have been allowed to take lime off without pay, but in doing so, the employee reduces hisher hours worked per week.
