Katie Cooper of Union High is a $2500 Discover Card state scholarship recipient Discover Card isaward-in- g nearly $1.5 million in scholarships to high school juniors as part of its Tribute Award Scholarship program. This year marks the 1 1 year of the program. Since its inception in 1991, the Tribute Award program has awarded more than $8.6 million in scholarships to over 4,000 students nationwide.
