Steed told the board he has approval from the state for the necessary water connections and hasa pumping system in place that will supply enough water for 350 lota. Ha said hia believed his plans for tha water system had been submitted to the TriCounty Health Department, ut were lost because they are not on file. Brown said to his knowledge Steeds file has never included any plans, and no fiirther phase development will be approved by TriCounty Health until engineering plana are submitted. He also noted the first five phases were given the precedent ofbeingapproved by the health department without the proper documentation in place. Steed said he will meet withBrown this week to review engineering plans and obtain approval for additional water connections. Tha water supply to the development has been approved by the state for 600 connections, and the main trunk line and water storage tank are in place, said Steed. A 39,000 gallon waler storage tank will soon be installed in order to expend the water system. A concrete 400,000 gallon water storage tank will also be included in future expansion ofthe water system. Steed has formed a private water company and will purchase water from Duchesne City.
