V" S. tljj, nr . --' --J r rr fiu jp HundredsofJkiy Scouts and their fearless leaders gathered at Hacon Park last Friday and Saturday for the annual Klondike Camp. Scout from the Kings Peak District en- dured temperatures while learning first-aid- e sub-freezi- skills, lashing, knot tying, compass reading, scout values, and competing in the much anticipated Klondike Derby. Each patrol had their own sled entered in the race. The sleds were judged on general appearance, creativity and overall construction. Numerous awards were presented.
