Itssuspkious. Right now we are just experiencing an unusual amount of missing dogs." The owner of one of the missing animals is offering a $400 reward for its return. He got a dog back and paid the re ward money to the people who found the animal in Duchesne, but it turned out the dog wasnt his. The reward money returned and the family is still looking for their missing pet. Five other pet owners who have reported missingdogs havent heard anything about their pets whereabouts. The search for the missing dogs led police to a possible suspect in the Salt Lake arva, who was advertising locally that she would buy small breed dogs. However, an interview conducted by police ruled out the woman as a suspect, said Hooley. She had a record of all ofher buys. Anthony Pope, 26, had been paroled from prison last year when he allegedly got into trouble by vandalizing an irrigation company in Duchesne County.
