AIR-Duch- esne Wight h Union Cougars teams net top honors at Basin track meet By Aldon Rachelt For the first time in several years, the Union High School Cougar track teams won the annual Basin Meet, Tuesday, April 1 1 in Rooaevelt with the Male Cougars edging Manila, and the Lady Cougars defeating the Lady Eagles, 12&61, for first place honors. Duchesne's boys ended up third at 94 with Altamont fourth at 41. East Carbon finished fifth at 27. Altamont placed third in the girls division at 58 and Manila was fourth one back at 57. East Carbon earned fifth at 25. Tabiona with just seven 103-10- 0, competitors placed sixth with six points. Teams finishing below Union and teams. were The Eagles' Hannah Wight waa the star of the meet with three championship titles. She won the 400, 800, 1600 nuts.
