Jan. 2000; 5.5, Dec. 1999; 7.3, Feb. 1999 with Daggett, 3.6, Feb. 2000; 4.8, Jan. 2000; , Dec 1999; 2.7, Feb. 1999. Carbon County is at 5.0 and Waaatch County at 3.4.
