Some nights they do get to sleep in a warm bed, but they cant count on it They exist on food stamps and food boxes supplied by the food pantry. They have no money coming in and say they dont qualify for any assistance except for food stamps. There are strangers and compassionate neighbors living near the park who lend them a hand. Child abuse charges filed against scout master A Roosevelt businessman and former Boy Scout master has been chsrged with seven first degree felony counts for aggravated sexual abuse and rape of a child, and five misdemeanor counts of lewdness and lewdness with a child after allegedly confessing the crimes during a 3- month long investigation. The aggravated sexual abuse charges filed against Richard F. Fiaco, Sr., of Myton, mainly involve young relatives between the agve of 5 and old. Fisco allegedly confessed to investigators when he was confronted and provided them with a list of victims. The man has an extensive history with these problems, but it has come to a head, mainly because he chose to come forward with this 10-ye- information, said investigating Duchesne County Sheriffs Sgt. Dale Johnson. Investigators believe that Fiscoa alleged pattern of sexual abuse was "very limited in his conduct with scouts. Fisco had been very active in the scouting program in the King's Peak District for years, but has not held a scouting position recently, according to investigators.
