SEND NOTICE TO RAILROADS interstate commerce commission calls attention to new laws washington A circular letter has been sent by the interstate commerce commission to all common carriers subject to the provisions of the recently enacted railroad rate law dl erecting their special attention to the provisions of section 20 of the act which requires annual reports from all common carriers concerning the de tails of their business and providing that the interstate commerce commission may prescribe the forms of any and all accounts records and demor anda to be kept by the carriers to these accounts records and demor anda the commission is to have access at all times and the carriers are pro habited from keeping their accounts etc in any other form
