It was an error on the part of the recorder's office. She felt that to correct this error, a quit claim deed should be issued to the Dyes to take care of this. The commission gave her approval to make the correction. FIRE AGREEMENT WITH WASATCH FIRE DISTRICT. Fire N-6- 6. Coordinator, Georg Adams, presented the above named agreement to the commission for approval. The agreement was approved by the commission, and is on file in the clerks office. ROOSEVELT CITY EASEMENT. Deputy Attorney suggested the easement not be approved as our own easement from the landowner may not allow us to grant an easement to another. Commissioner Dastrup suggested we set up a policy whereby the county purchases the land far road construction instead of just getting an easement SANDCREEK ROAD. A letter was sent to landowners, Melvin White, Alan White, Willis Moon and Lament k Moon, painting out that the Road closure motion was invalidated and repealed.
