Duchesne High School Homecoming Royalty April Skewes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Skewes was crowned the 1991 Homecoming Queen for Duchesne High School recently. First attendant was Amy Potter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nolan Potter. Cindy Tanner, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Paul Tanner was chosen as Second attendant Amy Potter was also chosen as Miss Congeniality. Individual event winners were: April Jones won the talent competition with a vocal solo, and was also the Interview winner. Amy Potter won the Essay contest,. .Karen Hanberg won the formal competition and Cindy Tanner won the cake baking portion of the contest. The annual Homecoming award went to Jim and Lisa Lisonbee for their service and dedication to Duchesne High School. Cook and Dean Clcrico have TEMPLE chosen to be married on Wednesday, October, 23, in the Provo Temple. WEDDING-Ren- ita CookClerico Mr. and Mrs. Reid Cook are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Renita, to Dean Clerico, son of Alice and the late Culvin Clerico. The wedding will take place, Wednesday, October 23, at the Provo Temple. A reception will be held in their honor, Saturday, October 26, at the Glines 4th Ward chapel, 1500 WeBt US Highway 40, Vernal, Utah, from to 8:30 p.m. There will be a dance following the reception. A reception will be held in their honor October 25, from 7:30 until 1030 p.m. at the Altamont Stake Center. Cindy is presently employed at the Duchesne County Hospital. Kelly is presently employed by National ParaKlean.
