I am 8 dated referring to Case the 12th day of July 1990 in which Dr. Gary White waa sanctioned by the Division of Occupational k Professional Licensing of the Department of Commerce of the State of Utah. Aa part of that order you omitted that he dispensed a drug that was deemed eontraindicativs to the malady treated. My wife lost 40 of her stomach aa a result of Dr. White proscribing Piorinal, a drug quite contraindica-tiv- e for a patient with known ulcer history, and extremely addicting Not to mention the excessive amount allowed to be prescribed resulting in chemical dependence and drug rehabilitation. You failed to mention r that he had been sanctioned by the Utah Division of Professional Licensing for dispensing pain syndrome medication in 1986 and continued to do so up until he waa charged and sanctioned once again. You lay the blame on the patient taking the physiaan or "duping them into giving them the medication they want The physician has the years of education and diagnoses the problem, not the patient nd fills out the prescription. I cannot understand how a patient can tell the physician what drug to give them, especially when we aro talking about narcotics. The driver wants to go straight ke ahead and a bent up cart wants to move left into a stack of paper towels or go right into a fragfla case, of wticky jam or maple syrup. I feel these banged up carts were put on the earth to torment poor aouls who aro trying to locate amna bargain that long ago vanished with the early morning ehoppere. Many times these evil banged up carta have one wheel that absolutely refines to refi down the grocery lane. It sort oflete the other three wheels do all the wok. What a lazy bum. Finally when no one ia looking I dump offthe cart in some empty lane and let someone else become the next victim of Mr. Evil Cart. Another thing I dislike are these portacasters on TV, who give the impression that a apart deal is all cut and dry and is Almost ready bo printed in tiw black and white on the dotted Una in a contract An example ia the Utah Jasx involvement with pro basketball free agent Ale English. KSL-Tsports talked two days about the Jazz diaeuaaiana with English and quoted a newspaper out of New York that said English was going to sign an one million dollar offer with ths Jazz. V Poor guy might be taking a pay cut because last year he made 2 million dollars. I wish I waa ao unlucky. .The third night of the English story had the pro hoopster really interested in going to Dallas, but he Another item I dislike are garbage bag destroyers. A person goes to all the trouble to stuff a bag with garbage. He then ties it good and tight and toaaca it into the dumpster. Later that day the bag is found completely ripped apart with all tiw junk scattered through the dumpster and some on tiw road. I cant understand anyone who would want an aluminum can so bad that ha or aha would go through garbage bag. I have picked up loose cans, but going through rotten bananas, soiled toilet paper and aour milk cartons is not worth it for aanw can that ia probably worth lass than a penny. . Maybe English will sign with Utah and maybe he woritT think English should have to struggle with .. a banged up grocery cart and if tiw cart goes to tiw left he eigne with Utah and if it goes to tiw right he joins Dallas.- v .
