News by Orinda Gcc : The baby daughter of Sondra Nielson was spending the week with her grandparents, the Dean Petersons. The Peterson family all went to Flaming Gorge Tuesday last week where they met their daughter, Anna. They were joined by a son Scott, and Leslie Peterson, Vernal. They spent the day and rafting boating; water-skiin- g down the Green River. 'Sunday, Aug. 7 was a special day . for Leslie and Scott Peterson. Roosevelt Leona Murdock is still in the LDS hospital in Salt Lake. Edythe Marett has just returned from a month study tour in Great Britain, travelling with a group sponsored by Ft Hays state university, Kansas. The participants visited famous literary sites in all of the Britich Isles, gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation for our English heritage. Workshops with contemporary authors, illustrators, storytellers and literary experts were held in Aberystwyth, Wales; Dublin, Ireland; Edinburgh, Scotland, and London. Special highlights were the opportunities to attend an Irish play at the famed AUty Theatre in Dublin, and stage showings of Macbeth, in and Lea Miserables in for next year. Clara Frye, California, spent ten days with her sister, Lillian Houston, and attended the Bingham reunion at Little Park in Uintah Canyon.
