Tom Nordstrom, Job Service manager in Rooaevelt said he has argued with the state for the past couple of months over their figures. I felt there was a higher percentage of unemployed than the figures reflected, his said. Although he said nobody wants the unemployment rate to go up it is a seasonal occurence.
