Show Thundiy, Jane 5, 1980 Uintah Basin Standard Couple to wed State convention to be held in Park City Heber in Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Clay Cummings, Heber City, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Melanie, to Scott Coleman. Mr. and Mrs. Keith N. Coleman, also Heber City, are parents of the bridegroom. Min Cummings and Mr; Coleman will be married June 14 in the Heber Stake Center. A reception in honor of the couple will be held at the Heber Stake Center the same evening from 7:30 until 9:80 p.m. !: orw-zvt- to the president of a company in Charlotte, helped organize both the Charlotte Women'a Political Caueu and the Noth Carolina Women's Political Caucus. She is also a founding and charter member of ERA United. In November 1976 she was elected mi the Democratic ticket to the North Carolina House of Representatives. She helped establish and wu a member of the original Governors Commission on the Status of Women in North Carolina, and she is a charter member of the Women's Forum of North Carolina. Founded in 1919, BPW is the largest organization of working women in the United States. Joyce P. Longhurst, Brigham City, will be installed at the state convention as the 1980-8- 1 state president. A reception will follow the ceremony. v show opens dinner theatre season and Mrs. James E. Hamblin, Montwell, will be honored on their golden anniversary at an open house Saturday, June. 14. Mr. One-ma- n "Yours Truly, Mark Twain," a road show, will be presented at Bottle Hollow Inn Dinner Theatre June 6--7 at 7 p.m. The dinner theatre is located in tne Convention Center. Larry Cantwell portrays the "foxy old gentleman in this. Larry Cantwell, a Smithfield native, has been performing throughout Utah for the put two years part of the Utah Rural Arts Consortium Tour, supported by the Utah State Division of Fine Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. The Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, Norita Camp, Altamont, held their meeting Monday, May 26, at their cabin in Upalco.
