Show I 8B Sun Advocate Price, Utah Thursday December 12, 2002 Minute In every comer of the Price Senior Center this week, it looked like Santas workshop as seniors busily were finishing up their projects. Downstairs in the ceramics room, Santas helpers were painting and scraping and putting on the final touches of their reindeers, angels, carolers and shepherds. Upstairs the womens afghan needles were working overtime as booties and hats and table centerpieces were colorfully pleted just in time for the big holiday. It was a festive week as Christmas carols played over the sound system and the cooks prepared the meals in the kitchen. However, it was fun as usual for a half dozen men as they shot pool and told stories, much as they do every morning at the center. Although it is a busy week this week as the week of Christmas arrives things slow up with many of the seniors off with their families and friends for the few days around Christmas.
