The new limit Is 16 fish per licensed angler. Limits for unlicensed anglers under 14 ' years of age will be Increased to 8 fish. Both Cleveland and Miller Flat reservoirs are likely to be drained to very low water levels to meet Irrigation demand s, because of low snow pack this past winter. The regulations are being relaxed to allow anglers to harvest fish that would otherwise belost All other rules, established in the 2001 Utah Fishing Regulations remain in effect.
